burning a prom for a stock car

Ok I've got a friend that lives down the road from me that just got prom burning software and hardware, and he wants to burn one for my car for the heck of it....what would be the best thing to do to tweak a stock car?

MAF or MAP?

I would lower the fan temps, change converter lockup MPH, idle if necessary. I wouldn't change many things, like timing, without a scanner to see what I was doing.

Once you have a scanner to see what the timing/fuel look like.. then you can play w/ that..
