What the hell does 11:59 mean. It bothers me..half the cars in town seem to have this bumper sticker. Some sort of religious thing?

Yea i think it's a religious thing Aaron. Either that or a local christian band. Have you noticed the front black and silver license plates that say "Fly"? I bet those are religiousy too. We're right smack in the middle of the "Bible Belt", so there's a pretty good chance.

Seems the most frequent use of 11:59 is a Startrek Voyager episode. Could they be Trekies?

I'm curious about OBX, too.

Back in my day, and yes, even Bronze remembers "I found it!" These were 70's-vintage born again types. These bumper stickers were like cancer, kept spreading and spreading, then spread some more. They were so common they were getting to be annoying. :rolleyes:

Then there was a very irreverent counter that sprang up..."I found it, but now my finger stinks" ;)

OBX, are you refering to those white round stickers? EVERY organization or place has something like that. My girlfriend put one on her tracker that sats "FC", for Flagle College. Im like the only people who are going to know what that means are you and someone with the same sticker.

those stickers have been around for more than 18 years around here. But until about 5 years ago they all had "HB" for Huntington Beach, so everybody knew you were a local and wouldn't trash your car when you parked it while at the beach, and to let everyone know you were cool. Now there is STFU, letters for your city W, I, SB, etc. I think they were a take on the european countries stickers like GB for Great Brittain, etc.
