I hate UPS pt 2

Its taken them 11 days to get my STB from Nevada to me... and now theyre telling me my address doesnt exsist... tell that to the UPS driver who was out here last week delivering my non ac heater box... sometimes and I swear to god I cant wait for the drivers to strike, so I can throw a party for fedex... I know I know FedEx makes mistakes also, but atleast when they do make one they try to make up for it... these ppl on UPS's customer service dont even work for UPS they're contracted labor.... what a PITA it is get anything these days. :mad:

I've never had a bad experience with Fedex. They have always gotten me stuff to me when they said that they would. Sorry UPS is screwing you. :(

I will admit I live in BFE but I live in an apt which isnt hard to find. I mean if Steve (ChvyWolf) can find it then the local UPS driver should be able too. I finally got my STB today after having to go get it. After giving the driver specific instructions this morning he still screwed it up. Found the apt's, but went to the wrong apt, and said no one was home. I really let UPS have it this time over the phone instead of via email. I think Ill just buy everything locally from now on, or have it shipped to my work. I know UPS can find that theyre there every day. :rolleyes:
