Applying what I have learned here:
(this comes from the one with the doctor on it)
itis (its a suffix) means inflammation in medical terms
ricer means an ugly guy in an ugly car or an import that is covered in stickers and such and has a fart pipe

so riceritis means inflammation of the rice
