Ah yes, I didn't think about greased lightning. Is that safe to use on the headliner?

actually my parents have a little portable steam cleaner I use. It's about the size of a small shop vac and works great. It's pretty cool seeing Pepsi being steam cleaned off the seat and floor and going through the clear vacuum tube.

Sounds cool, I'll have to try that out. I've been on a cleaning frenzy these past couple days

Try about 4 table spoons of Oxy Clean in a 409 or Windex bottle. That stuff works awsome. Spray it down damp and scrub in with a brush then vacuum it out.

No thanks Rob, you should've seen my room a couple days ago  Should've taken before and after pictures. Talk about some quick replies...I love this sight!

I really don't recommend using anything but a damp cloth on the headliner. Any moisture will cause the glue to separate over time and you will have a sagging headliner.
The Oxiclean is basically a color safe bleach and I won't let that anywhere near my clothes, let alone my car. My wife says it should be ok on the carpet tho... She used it to clean the carpets in the house.
Good Luck!

It does if you lay the passenger seat all the way back. :D
Doesn't work to well in a camaro. I can vouch for that. The only time I tried to get frisky in the Camaro I thought I threw my back out. :D

It does if you lay the passenger seat all the way back. Until you slide onto the parking brake lever :(

That's why I like my large rides. :D Both the Buick and the Impala work very well; no reclining of the seats required. graemlins/hump.gif
