I've unloaded most of my extra 3rd gen crap that me and the dad have accumulated. We have an 85' Vette TPI set up still. Do you all think this would fetch $400 on eBay? It's very complete down to the fuel lines and distributor. No ECM, harness, or MAF sensor. I have an extra MAF, but the price would be adjusted accordingly. Just would like some advice on this, is it worth my time to try and sell it on eBay?

If it's clean & you have good pics, and describe it well, it could easily sell for that.
Put a reserve on it & start it low.
