I just got my tax return and I am looking to lower the IROC. What should I get? Adjustable Panhard Rod, springs, subframe connectors, etc. What brand too?

After the shootout this weekend I know that I will be concentrating on the suspension work for my car and one of the very first thing I will be doing is finding a set of jamex springs. As I have said before ever car I have seen with them has a good stance.
As for the other parts of the suspension I don't know exactly what others would think, but I haven't heard anything wrong with Spohn products including the price.

I have heard good things of Spohn too. The only bad thing is they are not making subframe connectors anymore for the third gens for a while. Does anyone know where I can find a set of Spohn? What about Jamex, I couldn't find anything on thier site for our cars. Who sells Jamex springs?

I am using spohns lower control arms and adjustable panhard rod on both my 3rd gens. You will need a adjustable panhard rod if you plan on lowering it at all. Excellent quality and good price. I bought it all used too, so just watch the classifieds. Eibach Pro kit will drop your car pretty low. I havne't had the same luck with Jamex springs tho.
Poly frontend bushings will help too!

Cool, thanks. I am also glad to see that you got your wife's car running.

Spohn Performance (http://www.spohn.net/)
He sells the Eibach pro kit for $249 plus shipping. I may have a jamex kit for for sale in a few weeks. Keep an eye on the classifieds for them.
And thanks for noticing it was running!
