I just replaced the Top on my 1989 Camaro RS.
The Top frame works fine and the top material is okay, a few minor wear through spots and one that I sewed back up. You can still see out the back window. The frame comes with the latches. One of the alignment pins that fits into the windshield frame is welded on, but functions normally other than you can never remove it!
Sorry, the plastic trim piece around the latches is not included. Make offer. Shipping is via AAA Cooper. As a reference my new top frame which is heavier was $98 from Macon GA to Key West FL
